Case Study

Africa Infused

Africa Infused was a newer company that needed a website to get their marketing going and have a place where people can get in touch with them for their products and services. Take a look below at how we helped them.

The Challenge

Africa Infused really wanted a website that would invoke the luxurious feeling you get when you’re sipping a gin cocktail in the wilderness, or on the beach at sunset. They wanted to showcase their services and their unique product, and entice all kinds of hospitality establishments to get in touch with them about their wonderful MobiBar.

The Solution

Working with the designer that created their printed marketing material, we came up with a design that used colour and images to create a luxurious visual experience of sunset in the best places in South Africa.

Designing the Africa Infused website

Africa Infused had some printed material already, so we used this to extend the look-and-feel into the website, while also bringing in some new elements to further the identity they wanted to create around their brand.

We used a thick, luxury paper texture as a background, while also using a faded pattern in their brand’s purple.

Photographs of sunset in luxurious locations, or of their gins help wrap someone on their website in a mental blanket of luxury and relaxation.

We also used hand-drawn, line, images of ingredients they use in the cocktails they draw up for clients, as well as using some transparent images to make it look “infused” into the site. See what we did there…?

Website Development

A Design From Scratch

Africa infused didn’t need a complicated website, but it did have to introduce their products and services and entice someone go get in contact with them in order to buy their MobiBar. What do you think, would you want to buy their product?
